The Area Sales Manager (ASM) Dashboard is a built-in analytics view in Cropwise Seed Selector, designed to give sales managers a clear, real-time picture of their team's activity and performance.
The dashboard is read‑only for managers – no edits can be made directly.
From a single screen, an ASM can monitor how their Sales Representatives are engaging with growers, track seed recommendations, and understand field coverage - without needing to dig through individual accounts.
At the top of the dashboard, you can filter all data by crop type. The filter displays all available solutions for your territory (e.g., 13 solutions), including:
- Grain Corn
- Sunflower
- Silage Corn
When you select a crop, all metrics and charts on the page automatically update to show data only for that specific crop.
Key Metrics
The dashboard displays a key performance indicators that give managers a quick overview of team activity and territory performance.

| Avg Ha / Farm | Average number of hectares per farm |
| LYTD Perf. | Last Year‑to‑Date performance (% of target achieved) |
| Total Units | Total seed units recommended |
Both LYTD Performance and Total Units include a “Details →” link that opens a deeper breakdown of the data.
Sales Representatives Panel
On the right side of the screen, you will find a list of your Sales Representatives, each displayed with key performance metrics:
- Customer coverage % — the share of target customers reached
- Recommendations — the number of seed recommendations created
- Vouchers from CSS — vouchers generated through Customer Support
- Target customers — the total number of customers assigned to that representative
At the top of the panel, you can use the search bar to quickly find a specific Sales Representative. You can also refine the list using the filter icon.
Charts & Analysis Sections
Below the key metrics, the dashboard provides several analytical sections that help managers understand activity trends and performance across the territory:
- Crop Distribution — a visual breakdown of recommendations by crop type across the territory
- Multifield & Spot Check Recommendations — shows the split between full multifield recommendations and quick spot‑check recommendations made by the team
- Weekly Activities — highlights weekly engagement and recommendation activity trends
- Most Recommended Hybrids — displays the hybrids most frequently recommended by the team
- Top 5 Active TSRs — showcases the five most active Sales Representatives based on recent performance metrics
